Studio Bignami Associati was founded by Alberto Bignami in 1963. Studio Bignami embarked on a journey of growth and innovation, becoming the leader in the field of specialized consulting. In 1975 Enrico Maria Bignami joined the Studio. Equipped with a state-of-the-art IT management system, Studio Bignami started the outsourcing of ancillary accounting, payroll and contribution services and created its first intranet. In 1991, the Studio welcomed Andrea Bignami. Driven by a desire to grow, Studio Bignami became a professional partnership. The organizational model adopted, the control systems and delegation processes secured Studio Bignami a leadership role in its sector. In 2002, the Studio changed its name, becoming Bignami e Associati.
In the early 2000s, Bignami e Associati created The Keyrules Company Srl, a lean organization and software facility company, which has developed an organization management software called KeyRulesTM. KeyRulesTM allows corporate governance and compliance management.
In 2012, Bignami Associati welcomed Cesare Beolchi and Roger Olivieri and inaugurated the Rome office, further expanding its outreach.
2020 was a year of change for Bignami Associati, a springboard for innovation and technological evolution, it pushed the employees and collaborators to adopt increasingly smart forms of working, carving out a new path for the organization.
The year 2022 sees the entry of Serena Castello among the partners and the appointment of five associates. Bignami Associati changes its governance with the establishment of an Executive Committee and an Operations Director: the transformation towards a new organisational model is achieved.
